Brian wiped his eyes with his hands and found some notepaper to try to clear his hands from the blood.
Sam was looking for more beasts that might have heard something from the ruckus.
"Do you think anyone heard us?" Brian said.
"I don't know, maybe but we have to be quick though. They are gonna bomb this place in an hour or so"
"What?!, but, why?" Brian was curious, wh y would they do that. There might still be people in this place.
"Are you ready to move out? The exit isn't far but it might be heavily guarded"
She chekced her rifle and loaded the mags with bullets from a pouch.
"Are you ready Brian" She said with a straight face.
He noded to her as he pulled out the sword from the venor that was still stuck in the wall.
It feel down with a thud and started to bleed again. He took a steady grip on the silverwhite sword and took a deep breath.
"Ready" He looked into her eyes and started to look out in the lobby, nothing, not a single sound.
They started to walk towards a door.
"There, that door will lead us out of here" She whispered and pointed at a door in the distance with her rifle.
Brian noded and continued to walk behind her, looking for something that could be a guard or another beast.
They reached the door and looked through the small windows, it's another white, long hallway.
Great one more time Brian thought.
Sam opened the door slowly and started to walk away, Brain looked back at the lobby, broken glass was everywhere, blood from the venors was on the wall in some places.
He opened the door and went through, Sam was already att the end of it, he hurry up to her back.
She put her hand up.
"Quiet, look" She pointed over the edge, there was five guards standing, protecting a big black door.
"We have to get past that door" She whispered.
Brian looked slowly over the edge the guards was wearing a blue, long shirt with a platemail and four of them had somekind of pistols on their hips, they wore red pants and black boots. They didn't look so dangerous.
"Can we take them?" Brian asked.
Sam smiled wide at Brian "We shall se, "you ready boy?"
